Great Purchase But for the Delivery, February 17, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Simmons Beautyrest World Class Black River Bay Plush Mattress Set, Queen (Kitchen) Ordered this mattress from Amazon in early Jan. 2012 after lots of research, comparisons, and visits to local stores. It took about 3 weeks for it to arrive damaged. It was shipped by semi truck, wrapped in plastic. The damage was both soil, and a tear on one piece. There was one diver, so I had to help bringing it into the house. The entire set was refused and loaded back into the truck. The replacement arrived about 2 weeks later, this time in a carton. This time, a different shipping company, in a smaller truck, with one driver even though 2 men were requested and marked on the ticket. Had to help carrying it in, which is not easy, but it was in new condition and undamaged.
Having slept on it for several days now, my wife and I like it a lot. A tag at top was very difficult to remove.
Also be ware: Amazon does not offer old mattress removal and disposal. Except for the delivery issues, I am very happy with this purchase.
