Love this baby mattress with wool cover!, September 1, 2011 By  satisfied consumer - See all my reviews This review is from: Greenbuds Primrose Deluxe Organic 2 in 1 Crib Mattress we purchased this mattress for my daughter (6 months old) who was diagnosed with asthma and is very sensitive to many different materials and chemicals. Truthfully, I was never a big believer in these things, but after reading that wool can help kids with allergies sleep better, by regulating the breathing and temperature, I decided to try it. And I'm happy to say I do not regret this decision. I wish I can say she now sleeps through the night, yet that is not the truth, yet I do see an improvement in the way she breathes throughout the night, and she no longer wakes up sweating buckets! The interesting part is, that when we dressed her in a wool sweater her skin got a bad reaction to that and her skin got all irritated, yet with this wool in the cover it seems to have no negative effects, since it's organic wool - which is naturally hypo-allergenic.
