Safe mattress and very Practical!, September 5, 2011 By This review is from: Greenbuds Primrose Organic 2 in 1 Crib Mattress I purchased this mattress mainly cuz I loved the fact that the cover is removable and washable. I do not even have to use a mattress pad, since the mattress stays dry even if my daughter leaks her diaper, the cover is very absorbent. I also like that it has latex on the toddler side, I sleep on a latex mattress and love the feel of it.

My husband is an environmentalist so you can imagine that we had a difficult time finding a mattress for our baby daughter (born after 5 years of infertility treatments). When my husband found this he was excited about the all natural fibers, and the removable cover is great too. We also went to check it out at our local baby store to make sure it is firm enough, and it definitely fits all the safety precautions we've been given by our baby planning consultant. Oh, and it's made in the US - my husband's favorite perk!
